  • 1/2 Frozen peeled banana, chopped into chunks Take the 2 seconds to chop this into small pieces for better blending
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups unflavored oat milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
